DJ IF YOU WANT TO JAM .there is 165th st and Washington I think. where they have a street Rumba every saturday night. It's been going on since 1974. Of course in different places. But email my bRo Willie at rumbero23@hotmail. Ask him, he Jams with Totico and other cats in the City u might want to hook up with him. Just tell him you spoke with me JC. In my day(60's) in the Bronx every park had a Rumba, it's SAD to see it not being passed on,we would play down by the Cut off 225th St.Hudson River, off 145th and the east river drive,People's Park, St. Anns Ave. St. Mary's Park, Jerome ave Park,section 1 at Orchard Beach.....man do I miss those days..
