Hi

I just wanted to share my joy. I saw orquesta aragon a week ago, and I really felt proud to see one of the last old school band from Cuba. They rock! I really loved it ! I saw Yuri Buenaventura about a month ago and, In a different style, I loved it too.

It is always great to see these guys live..

Alafia Abure Akdom!
I hope that you are well and in an abundance of blessings!

Orquesta Aragon is one of my all time favorite Charanga groups!
You should check out their DVD "Orquesta Aragon in New York!" It's really great!

Many blessings!

That orquestra is a monument to endurance,They survived the death of the director,..later,being the subject of a sabotage when they moved to Habana by 'Antonio Arcano y Sus Maravillas',(they were rescued by Benny More),when the monster flute/player, Rolando Lozano moved out,Richard Egues was called to fill big shoes, and later they survive the (political and musical),Revolution which took place in Cuba.Dr. Zaragemca
