One can use Henna to make semi-permanent marks on drum skins.

I'm not a tattoo guy but don't you poke holes in the skin with a needle to inject the ink? That can't be good.

Henna sounds more reasonable - Magic marker - I don't know dude chemicals, unknown reactions - henna is meant for 'leather'.

Wonder what LP and the others use for their stamps?
