Especially the sound! The idea of combining one of those beauties as a contrasting note in my 3 conga setup is intriguing. A sound or vid clip would be great as well as dimensions, pricing, etc

Thanks G,

The bottoms have a piece of 3/4" wood fitted into them with a piece of hardyboard on top.. "that 1/8" thin, super hard, MDF looking stuff." the hardyboard should protect the wood on the bottom of the drum.

In regards to the sound.. I think that the sound is good. They sound like a set of congas... great round tone, superb bass, and crisp slaps. Bought a URL and working on a web site now... video will be included one way or another "www.percussiveexpressions.com" Site not up and running yet, but will be soon. More cajones to come... :cool:
