Posted: Fri Jul 30, 2010 7:58 pmI've never had trigger finger but years ago I had a ganglion cyst or 'bible bump', on my left wrist. A cortisone injection into the cyst and its never returned. It was a painful cyst. It got the name 'bible bump' because people used to break the cyst by smashing it with a bible, the heaviest book in most homes at the time. I'll take the steroid injection thank you. Sounds like that may work for your finger also.
