TRIVIA TIME!

Ok. Lets keep this fun and interesting.
Please only post trivia.
I figure that If we post a question and if it's not answered in a day or two we can then give the answer.
Ok here is my first question:
What kind of bongos are these and who owned them:

Ok here it is:
These bongos were given to Elvis Presley by his wife Pricilla as a holiday present shortly after they met.
They were made by a German Comapay, which by the way still exisit today, called; Johs. Link KG
These Bongos are on display at The Musical Instrument Museum in Pheonix AZ.

The gentleman with the ASBA congas also plays bongos.
These once were his - now mine. Your guess is?

It looks as if they already have the tuning system from the shell´s inside, similar to what is used for framedrums.

Here is a link to a Sonor catalogue of 1982:

On page 38 you find a follower model, where they replaced the nails with a metal strap. This strap could be fastened with a screw. You discussed about this model already:

Those are undoubtedly singerlands previousley owned by Ringo.
By the way, these singerlands sound very good.

ASBA....... a french constructor .. but they always split ... but had a great sound... the same one's on the santana album...
