Thank you for that incredible explanation for a "guajeo," I believe I'm going to share it with my piano player, who as I mentioned is of a "jazz" background, but nonetheless, it is critical for him to know and understand exactly what you have shared with us here!
It is a vital element to the salsa groove for a percussionist to have while soloing!
