Spain is a tricky number.
One of
the typical 70's-Fusion numbers. I think, in Germany every band had to play it. The long unison break is the heart of the whole piece. I haven't played it for a long time, but recently I heard it again and still could sing along with the entire break.
I remember that back then I suffered from all these extra-complicated Fusion arrangements. I found they were off-target, musically. Today a lot of this stuff is coming back, like odd meters, meter changes etc., but today most young musicians can really handle those things with more authority and playfulness.
