Posted: Sun Jul 25, 2010 1:42 pmIt is worth taking a few minutes to learn from a master, especially the first video here. The concept of playing soft, caressing the skin not hitting it, is being lost in our younger generations, and with it the concepts of talking on the drum, call and response, and listening to what everyone else is playing and playing your part of the overall melody of the music.
