Thanks and more! Very nicely made videos, the angle of view provides me as a student with everything that I need to learn. Such beautiful elegance in rhythm and technique, as well. For me, for sure, these are musical gold nuggets.

This is one of the many ways Mongo played his tumbao...this is with his 'patented' 8th note slaps..which sometimes he also played both strokes with his right hand alone...now i count each stroke as a quarter note to make it 1 2 3 4 5 with the slap or tone on 5 u can also count it in 8th notes and it becomes a 6 1+2+3 4+5+6 slap/tone on 3 and 6
