So let me throw this in...If you had a set of 70's Original model LP palisades fiberglass in mint condition and a new set of wood classics made in Thailand which one would you keep?

I own two set of drums - fiber and wood. For me it mostly depends on the gig. If it’s rock/pop I usually go with my Patatos. If it’s more acoustic – jazz etc. I tend to go with wood. I really don’t prefer one over the other, but on the other hand I always end up practicing on my wooden drums :) Rawhide only, by the way…
