Practice Funk Pattern

Wanted to pass on a practice funk pattern. Have gotten a lot from this forum. It alternates from right hand to left hand lead very noticeable in the 2nd line but it feels like the transition occurs in the 2nd half of the previous line.

P T P T P T P P T P T P P T T P
r r l l r r l r r l l r l r l r

P T P T P T P P T P T P P T T P
l l r r l l r l l r r l r l r l

Has the standard palm-toe’s and the palm palm touch touch in R L R L then L R L R. If you miss an alternating touch then one merely repeats the same line. Real easy to do the P T on the same hand when not called for in the latter part of the line.

It is a hand twister at increasing speeds and lengthy plays and really builds symmetrical hand coordination.

Have fun.
