That thesis by Alex Pertout in Australia looks very well done. Lots of quotes, transcriptions, photos and other interesting information. Photo of an original chart of Afro Blue. There is also an audio recording archive, but I haven't listened to anything yet. Looks like a great resource, thanks for posting the link.
