Decisions, Decisions . . .

Looking to upgrade my LP Aspires later this year. My budget is $650 for a new Conga/Tumba set and I need help deciding on the models listed below.

1.) LP Matador
2.) Gon Bops Tumbao Series
3.) Meinl Luis Conte Series
4.) Toca Custom Deluxe Series

I play in my church praise and worship band and do all styles of music - rock, soul, reggae, latin, etc..
I know I need to go out and play them first, but I wanted to get the group's suggestions/feelings/input/experience.

Sorry about the plug...and I know you are apparently set on certain brands....but have you check Pearl Elite congas?????? They are great and with your budget you could get a set of conga and tumbadora and upgrade to pro sizes... (The other brands the pro set will be over $700).

If you want to keep in mid level prices...Pearl has the Primero line that in this link I am giving you they thrown in some bongos and is not even close to your budget...Just think about it!..(If you have a local store that have them don't believe me ...try them).
