what size out of 3? - to get first

Hey guys if I was to start getting my new conga set one by one, they are 11' 11-3/4' and 12-1/2'
say I was going with a 2 conga set would it be better to go with the 11 and the 12-1/2, or the 11-3/4 and 12-1/2?

I will have the get them one at a time and I was planning on getting two for starters and then if I get the fever for the 3rd I would get the 3rd last at a later date. I just need to know what would be the better 2 sizes to start off with.

Well I think I got my answer, I emailed Luis Conte he advised me that he plays the quint, conga, and tumba ... not 2 congas and a tumba. What a heck of a nice guy!! And a great player as well I seen a couple of his clips on the Meinl we site.

So I will feel safe in getting any of the 3 to start with.
