These were Julian Cabrera's (Machito,Charlie Palmieri).Made in 1971 by Junior Tirado.Bought them from Junior,when Julian went to a nursing home.Enjoy Dario

I invite you all to come to sunny Miami and take a dip in my pool (y despues metemos un tremendo rumbon) and then we play some rumba (guaguanco').Actually, these waters are blessed by our father "el rumbero mayor" Mongo Santamaria.In the last years of his life, I brought Mighty Mongo to the pool so that he could exercise his legs.Don Ramon had hip replacement surgery in 1999 and he die in Feb 1st 2003.So the spirit of "Quinto Mayor" lives in these waters.Mongo loved to play my Juniors,when in Miami these are the ones he played.He didn't like Skin on Skin but only Juniors and of course, Cuban Vergaras.

That is really sick.That self help group is full of shit.Mongo was a great man.A God for us percussion freaks.The Mongo I knew for 30 yrs. was my friend and mentor.A great provider for all his six children.That thing is sickening to read.May they burn in #### !
