Another mystery drum

Poor picture of mystery drum listed on Craigs List. Am curious whether they are sufficient to give any clue to the collector-pros as to the make or ID and whether $60 asking price is worth it.

$60 dollars for a fiberglass drum? Looks good to me, what have you got to lose?
If you don't like it I'm sure it can be sold again for the same price.

That drum was made in Japan Fiberglass mold's I have 2 of them, same hardware, I bought them at a Swap meet, very light. Mine are Blue,.Same exact thing.
