Not sure. But you could try Lark In the Morning. They were selling a new Bauer Pandeiro on eBay, so maybe they can get the congas??? Here's their site:

For those of you interested in Bauer congas, here is a full description from the distributor.

The DW Classic ,available in natural Brazilian Cedar, is the original form of this conga introduced as Raul over twenty years ago and is considered by many as the only conga containing the true line of Cuban and Puerto Rican design.

Bauer has created an incredible conga from Brazilian Rose Cedar which resists cracking from extreme temperature and moisture changes better than any of the woods they have tried in long experience of production. A little about construction that does not exist in other drums: Each block of cedar is cut in half and glued back together with grain facing opposite directions before being individually cut into shape. This allows staves to go into place relaxed and does not require pins or bands, which can later buzz from shrinkage of wood, to hold them in place. It also makes the wood incredibly strong and inhibits cracking. This is a more costly method of production than competitors who can bend into shape half of the wood it takes Bauer Percussion to build a drum.

The heads are pure sterilized raw hide cow skin (not water buffalo as is the case with most Asian sourced drums). There is no chemical or bleach treatment involved. Finally the robust hardware is triple chrome plated with imported Finnish high grade chrome.

They are available at http://espiritodrums.com/

I did play a set of Bauer congas years ago and enjoyed the sound.
All the Best!
