Toca and Unidentified Drum

I am new to this site and it has been extremely interesting and informative. I would like help from anyone that might be able to give me info on this Toca and other drum. The Toca I bought 8 years ago used and it really has a great sound and thick head. Does anyone know how old it is? The other drum was given to me as a gift but I believe its origins are from Seattle. It also has a very thick skin and a beautiful sound. Any info on this hand made drum?
