"Hope I did a good deal!", I said... the hope fooled me!
Sold them to weeks ago, the Sonor Champions. The hardware (metal parts) are not good at all and also the drum heads, just to irregular.
I tried a Remo fiberskin drumhead in the conga and the metal parts in the conga started to bend with the tension - it only has 5 tunning lugs.

They didn't arrive yet but, from want I could read through the internet, every owner of these conga brand/models say they are very good - sound, construction, even the drumheads.

There are some drums that have six lugs my REMOS, Quinto, Conga & Tumba all have six lugs. It can also depend on the size of the drum, my Quinto and Conga Skin on Skin's have five lugs but my Tumba has six.burke wrote:You mentioned that the Sonor's 'only' had 5 lugs - that's pretty much what most (maybe all?) congas have
