Fix that tumba, in 24 hrs you should have a tumba. A tumba for $100 or $150 good luck.

Ok. so I decided to fix it and keep the Volcano.

Thanks to those who put some sense into me and encouraged to not give up on the Matador oldie!

I will get a mule for the Volcano. I have already fixed the tumba.

Will post pics later.

Here are some pics of the Volcano and the rim/shell relationship. I don't particularly think the crown is that far from the shell but it is when compare to LPs and commercial drums.

Congrats on your decision. I think it was wise not to ditch the Matador!
