Meinl Flesh Hoops

Been gone along time, but came back. You may remember me as Mangorockfish, but couldn't get back in with all my old "codes", so now I'm Torpedo Tom. Now down to business. I want to change heads on my three Meinl Pro congas. From what I've read, the Meinls are a little larger than the equivalent LPs, so the heads won't interchange. I want to keep my present heads intact so need to get new flesh hoops. I remember someone who makes them, but forgot his name. Can anyone tell me. Thanks. TT
