Gon Bops - Can you tell about this one

I will be picking this Gon Bop up this afternoon. Can someone provide me the following information: How old is it? What is it made of? Whats a good price to pay for it?

I can tell u that the 'teardrop' hardware is not original with that Gon Bop...and I would say early 70's....JC
