My recommendation is to avoid this purchase if possible, unless you've got money to throw away.
I wound up buying 4 of them when they first came out, put them on my LP Palladiums. I had also bought some Audix mic clips which had a small goose neck which worked perfect with them. I was happy with them until the first gig I used them on. The evening went off without a problem, I loaded the drums in my car, ever so carefully, but when I took them out the next day to jam with them.......disappointment
When they roll around in the car, despite that they are in cases, the weight of the drum broke the weld and they were useless. I wound up buying some Audix D-clamp mic clips which worked exceptionally. Later though, I wound up getting the Sennheiser e604s and the rest is history.
My advise to you is save your money and get yourself some Audix D-clamp mic clips, or Sennheiser e604s.
