Just a teaser, I have the side plates a friend did me a favor these are off a hand made drum which are made in NY but I won't mention the name . I placed screws in them but they are too short I will get longer one in the morning since tonite I have a session. The crown is from a Gon Bop which I found on ebay, Hooks are Cali JCR, the skin on it is from a Gon Bop but is on just temp to measure for the placement of lug plates. Should be finished by Easter

Finished, it sounds F'ing deliciuos, a great rumba drum the bottom is insane very responsive, heres a photo

Just thought I would show a photo of me and my now brother inlaw Milton back in the 60's with my first project drum which was a fiberglass Eco - Tone, all I did was repaint it and skin it add a little tape and off to play those were the days thanks for allowing this indulgence.
