Has anyone played these 1/2 height congas? They're about 15" (40cm) tall, sold as a pair with 8" (20cm) and 9" (23cm) heads. THese are not the 'miniature tunable' congas they sell for $35 USD.

Ritchie Gajate-Garcia demonstrates one of these in a video, but he's only demonstrating the effect of covering or uncovering the bottom of a conga--not actually playing the drum.

Has anyone here played on these little fellas--they look like they'd be fun to add to the conga set, perhaps instead on the bongo?
