I know questions like this are here all the time, but this is a specific one. Has anyone changed the factory heads on a set of Meinl Pro series drums and if so what did you change to and how are they working?

I do not have Meinl congas but someboy that plays with me does. He changed to Evans synthetic heads and they sound great. Only problem, the heads do not fit too tight but they are OK. (That is problem with some synthetic heads).
