I was checking out Isaac's website site and saw these: looks like the new JCR congas are ready to go. The price doesn't look too outrageous. White oak is a nice wood-denser than red oak, with a tighter grain.

####, those are beutiful! I'm gonna be there on Saturday to place an order for a Tambora. I hope it comes out as good as those.

I was at Cali's shop this Saturday, (I'm NY visiting) and saw some congas he is making....sound pretty good and look good.
