How is everyone today great i hope . I just got a pair of lp 330 bongo stands the 24 of december . I strapted up my lp armando perraza bongos and the rivets that hold the cam mechanism poped on them . I was very dissapointed since they were my christmas present to myself . I thought they would last a long time . They seemed pretty sturdy but i was very dissapointed in them since they cost me 120 dollars. I personaly did not like the fact they were made in thailand. I do not think lp is living up to its reputation personally . Their finnish is not good b'cause my bongos rims lost their chrome in patches . and the galaxy bongos i had lost their gold finnish in about a month of playing . They are expenssive also , thats why i'm thinking of investing my monney somewhere else next time.

Thanks Rumbaman :(

Alafia Abure Rumbaman!
I too share your view on some of LP's poorly made instruments, however not all of their stuff is bad. It is expected when things are manufactured in great numbers, there are going to be oversights on quality from time-to-time. Terrible, but true!

Listen, here is a gentleman who may be able to assist you with getting your stand replaced!
His name is Ted Goas, he is a very nice person;

Shoot him a message about your problem and he should be able to guide you along the path of repair or replacement my brother!

Suerte!

All my blessings to you my friend . I am going to try to fix it my self . I think it will come out better . I am going to replace the rivets with screws . I'll visit my local ace hardware and try to find a match for them . I still am not impressed with them .

Thank you Rumbaman :D

You may very well fix it better than the original product my friend! Good luck!
