Has anyone played Bauer Lite Congas, or have any experience with these drums. There's a set on ebay that are really tempting me. $410 for a conga and tumba with the shipping. I would really love some feedback. Thanks a lot, tfunk

Not exactly. they have the exact same construction and hardware as the other bauer lines, just a different lighter wood. PC

I have a set of three. I don't know a lot about congas, but the drummers who play mine say they're wonderful. Anyone know what kind of wood they are made of?

Marupa, bauer does make a line with cedar, the Marupa is much lighter both in color and in weight. PC
