Just bought a pair of CAD TSM 411s and need good, roadworthy clips for them. Any suggestions?

I hope that you are well!

Hi!
I'm using the SC-JPTRMM Perc Tension Rod Mic by gibraltar hardware, see pic below.
Its quite good and stable. But actually I'm using just the rod and put it into the lp mic lug
Easy to setup, very stable and no noises. And If you work just with overhead mics (at smaller gigs) you can put a regular rod inside and mount a bell or block onto.
The second pic onile sent shows the sennheiser mount, which came with my mics (e904), but they didn't fit on my comfort curved rims.
All the best, Tom!

Thomas,

That is exactly my mic set up, lp lugs, gibraltar rods and E604s, after years of experimenting.

Onile, et al. These are the ones I've used, and they're super quick to mount. You just screw the mic secure to the rod, and just wait until you've set up the drums, and the rod pressure mounts right on to the drum in a second. No fuss. And they stay on without wiggling free.

Absolutely Abure Windhorse!
"Clip-on" extremely quick and convenient!
They're the ones that I use on my Sennheiser 604's!

I actually have both styles of mic clips.

Hey Onile and Windhorse,

I trust you are well and in rude health brothers.

I tried those, they probably work well with trad rims, but they dont want to know about comfort curves.
