Saludos POr este medio deseo informarles que estoy vendiendo 2 sets de tumba y conga Lp SalsaModel,estas son en Madera y bien dificiles de conseguir
Tambien tengo un set marca Timbas Ismael de mas de 35 anos,las tumbadoras estan en exelentes condiciones son Super TUmba de 14 y La Conga de 13.

Just in case this means you do not understand what my man Diego posted.
Here you go. Diego has 2 sets of LP Salsa Model Congas (conga/tumba and
these are a little shorter with the seated player in mind). He can let go
1 set for $600.00 or the 2 sets for $1200.00. Additionally he has a set of
"Timbas Ismael", a collector's item, like 35 years old in excellent condition.
The conga is 13" and the supertumba 14". He does not have a set price for
them yet since they are collector's item but will gladly discuss the price if

I've just done a search on diegotimba and, so far, he has made merely 2 posts. And both of them are in Spanish.

It appears, to me at least, that our Hispanic brother is unable to communicate in English. If this is the case and with all due respect, then perhaps a simple and straightforward "Would someone be kind enough to translate what diegotimba wrote into English?" would have been more polite.

Fortunately and thankfully, RitmoBoricua has very graciously done that for us.

The stark reality is: The English-speaking world didn't invent the conga and Afro-Cuban music.

Just trying to help my man. I understand that in the real world we have many hand-drum brothers that may not speak english and may
have important information to pass along to the board. So stepping-in and translanting Diego's post is a no-brainier. If Iam not mistaken
DiegoTimba has some redhot percussion videos in youtube.........

Vaya, I know Diego, he is my friend, we have play together in various ocasion. I tell you what, he is a great rumbero I mean he can really play the Congas. Also during the percussion week at El Conservatorio de Musica here in P.R he is one of the instructors .You could watch him in youtube wiht the rumba Group Yuba Iré,he is the one with the goat T,also chek his warm up session under Diego Centeno conga practice. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7x6Ify220dE

I have seen his videos his warmups etc. he is a great conguero indeed as a matter of fact i subscribe to his page on youtube.

Primeramente Gracias a Todos los que me an escrito,debido a que muchas personas estan interesadas en las Timbas Ismael,mejor prefiero que me digan el precio que estan dispuesto a pagas por ellas,realmente me duele venderlas pero actualmente vivo en um apartemento y tener 12 congas no es facil.

Ahhh las fotos tratare de Subirlas hoy! no entiendo bien como subir las fotos a estos foros,por favor si alguien sabe que me explique.

Espero que todo este bien contigo!

Para subir sus fotos escribe su mensaje en su repuesta (una descripción del foto o algo mas), después presione "preview" que esta localizado de bajo de el cuadro pa' su mensaje; después de eso seleccione "upload attachment" (va ser color azul opaco), entonces va ver "browse" (este opción le guiará al lugar donde tiene sus fotos localizado en su computadora), cuando seleccione sus fotos a subir oprime "submit" y se acabo el proceso.

Vaya Papa! Tengo un dvd de "guaperia rumbera" y el grupo Yuba Ire sonaron tremendo!

Bienvenido a Congaplace!!!

Para subir fotos o cualquier otro file:

1. Debajo de Save, Preview, Submit hay dos "action commands": Options y Upload Attachment, estan highlighted en azul.

2. Selecciona Upload attachment. Eso te va a llevar a otra ventana que te da la opcion de "Browse" buscar en tu computadora donde tienes almacenadas las fotos que quieres subir. Selecciona las fotos que quieres subir y cliquea "Add the File". Eso es todo...

3. Luego cliquea Submit...

Espero esto te sea de ayuda.
