Completed my sets

Postby pcastag » Sat Nov 15, 2008 12:31 am

Finally completed my gon bops set.
9/34- california series
10 3/4- old gon bops oak
11 1/2 california series
12 1/4 california series

total cost : 1500

Not bad, like the sound, my new tumba came with the plastic head, it's sooooo much louder than the skin heads! I'm still waiting on Matthew to finiish repairing my mexian oak conga that nobody seems to know where it came from. Heres a link to the pics just in case anybody can help me out!

He's currently working on the conga (11") hopefully when he finishes I'll send the tumba and the 103/4 gon bops for a new finish. I also have a set of sonoc bata that are made of very soft cedar that I'll eventuall have him re-do. I'm sure he'll be tired of hearing from me! Them I can order my set of ritmo dums and be done with it!
