I admit, the Bongos and Batas look on the cheap side...but...the congas?

I don't know what's the deal with this seller. What do people think? Seems like he's re-selling LP and Meinl products for cheaper.

would not be surprised if it's someone that put the website together just to see if there's market to sell products they don't have...

Looked on street view of Google Maps for sh!ts and giggles and didn't see a storefront for his listed address.

This doesn't rally mean anything in itself but it's good to know.

Either a scam or beyond-cheap products. Their own disclaimer states "From time to time, despite our efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced"

There seem to be mistakes in the code that tell on him.
He's probably trying to cheap-market the website mostly outside of the US using the software pimped on the site.
Then no one recieves anything or they get cheap, worthless imitations.
They pay so little that sending them back isn't even worth the trouble and there's no guarantees anyway.

Check out the details of the "bata" page, he cut and pasted the code onto the page.

He specifically uses the LP brand name but has a generic photo.
Also check out the conga page and click the "Manufacturer" link.
This guy is a con who knows enough html and cut-and-paste to pull a few rip-offs.
