Does anyone know what this drum is? I was thinking maybe a Fat conga but the crown is different. Although the crown could've been replaced. The picture was taken at a weird angle so its hard to tell. Thanks!

That drum looks way out of proportion. Looks like it would tip over at any given moment. Is it a miniature drum? Side plates and lugs seem way too low also...

Fat Conga, you must be kidding, Rick Buscemi, the owner of Fat Congas will have a fit. The hardware is the one from the Dominican Republic (very rustic and low end) and like Abakua said, it looks like a miniature conga to me. There is no quality there, my friend.

Fat Congas are very rare and hard to come by, very sought after and they haven't been made for a number of years. Onile, our forum member, has a set. Take a look at his and compare, please! Photo enclosed

Dario is correct, definately not a 'FAT' conga & I agree there would be no quality in that item apart from it being 'ornamental'.

I only thought FAT because of the side plates. Who knows what it is with that pic being crappy and all. See if this link works so you guys can see the description. Don't know why I didn't post it earlier... :)
