complete overhall of a drum. help separating staves

I need some help. I want to reconstruct the worst drum (second drum) ive ever made. there are some ridiculous glue lines, but the cuts were accurate, so i need a way to remove the titebond 3 i put it together with to then re adhere them together. i know its probably going to be a ridiculous pain, but im willing to go through with this. it was my most ambitious project, and id like to make it a bit more presentable.

I use a Steam Shark to remove old glue before re gluing staves, I know Matthew (Ritmo) and Jay (SOS) use big steamers in their shops to bend and deglue staves so I brought a small hand held steamer and it has worked well for me.Good Luck
