Here are photos of a custom one of a kind drum order of PM Percussion Cuban Tribute Series congas (in progress being made) with the bands embedded (sunken in) as well as a photo of the normal style Tribute series conga with the bands on the outside and another Cuban Tribute with no bands. I have also included a photo of a Pepperwood drum Peter made which reminds me a little bit of a Volcano Percussion congas.

I used them in a comparison video I made a bout a year or two ago with Matthew Smith, Spirit In The Wood and Gon Bops Californiahttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gDKimY4kGXw and fell in love with them. I went to Peter's shop several times and played different drums of his and thought they sounded, looked and felt great! I was amazed at the meticulous energy he uses to construct these. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P4GXQYevRR8Really finely crafted and "over engineered".The turn around time was about 6 months (much shorter then Matthew Smith which is in the one to two year zone I hear).
