Which mic holder - stand or rim mount?

I plan to get a Shure SM57 mic for my 2 Meinl Headliner congas. Is it better to get a floor mic stand, or one mounted to the rim? Recommendations?

Hi.
Mounting clamps avoid you carrying mike stands...

When i use another set with traditional rims, I use these : https://www.thomann.de/fr/shure_a_50_d.htm?sid=ab3ba1679982efc7c392f7ad7258475e, but I'm considering switching to this : https://www.thomann.de/fr/shure_a56d_rimklemme.htm.

I use 2 SM57 too.

Just my 2 cents.
