How are Conga drums made?

Does anyone have any information, books, videos, youtube, or something that actually teaches de art of conga making? I have looked and looked but to no avail I keep coming out emty handed. Someone please help, thanks.

It's people skiing and hangliding at the same time with bad techno background music. It's kind of cool with some beautiful scenery actually. You can always mute the sound. I didn't watch the whole thing so maybe they landed at a conga making workshop :D
