Vaya Blazo, hope all is well! There is not a single Conga Magazine being published at least in the United States, that I'm aware of it. I don't know in Europe. The closest to a conga magazine is the Latin Percussionist newsletter published twice a year with plenty of info about the tumbadoras. Check them out at:

What would such a publication include?
Do you think folks would prefer a printed publication over say a forum such as this one or an e-zine?
What do you think would be a good frequency of publication (monthly, quarterly, etc)?

I'm thinking it would be best in an all-electronic format to allow easier internationalization (of language, interests, contributors, etc). I cross-posted this idea just now to the Comments & Suggestions forum here.
