Johnny,
I bought the one on one video by Giovanni (which you recommended) and you were right.It truly is a challenging video. I didnt survive the first 5 mins hahaha. Oh well, that is what I needed and now i got it. This is will definitely keep me on my toes..back to practice!

Oh yea like Gio says ten minutes each excersize, yea right hahahaha...it's a tough one alright and it will help you a lot too. Remember practice is forever......At your Service..JC JOHNNY CONGA...
