Hello!
If you are interested in playing and learning "songo" and different styles of it, get Chango's video. It will give you a brief history about the development of the style. He demonstrates his patterns from different eras with congas, timbales and drumset.

Changuito is my favorite percussionist in the world. This video is amazing and should be purchased ASAP. Changuito displays his amazing versatility and understanding of soulful grooves on drum set, congas and timbales.

Another good video is the Steve Gadd & Hidalgo Giovanni concert at NAMM. Giovanni displays his amazing technique and versatility.
