Someone knows a good percussion teacher in Mexico df???

I live in Spain, but I will pass a pair of months in DF with my girlfriend. and i want to take this oportunity to meet a good teacher and learn a lot of things.

I have heard that the are a lot of cubans in mexico, is that true?
