Hi everyone!

The way to do it is to go to any university like UM or FIU and go directly to the percussion dept. and ask for contact info on the instructors. Most of them teach outside of school time.
Hector Neciosuop is Alex Acuna's nephew and is a teacher at FIU. I've taken classes with him in his house....drumset, batas, congas, timbales, you name it. He's very good in explaining and knows what he's doing.
Good luck.

I'll be in Miami on business Sept 25 - 28, I did a search on Tomas Cruz, and he is playing at the Arturo Sandoval Jazz club on the 26th. I'm definitely going! Thanks for the tip JC!

Hi all

I have been trying to reach Jose Manuel Castillo for group as well as possibly private lessons but so far have not been able to do so. Does any one know how to reach him . Is he still giving lessons.
