Hi

I am looking for serious conga students to practice with. I am working with the Michael spiro book amongst others and am trying to work on clear tones, getting the right feel and trying to understand the different parts that make up a rhythm in relation to the clave. I would like to meet anybody who fancies getting together and
working on playing rumba parts together. Or maybe some tumbao and bongo. Anybody in london who fancies doing some studying together please contact us. I have 3 congas and bongos in my flat and it is alright to practice here at a reasonable volume. Look forward to hearing from you. Also I thought of maybe approaching a cuban trained teacher in london with a couple of others and asking whether he would teach us rumba lessons all together if anybody is interested.
