They have workshops all the time and I'm sure they know a few
teachers.

I visit RT all the time. The teachers who are more latin based (Derek Rieth and Brian Davis) are part of Pink Martini and have very erratic schedules due to touring and recording. I have contacted both of them but I prefer to find someone who is really a steady teacher than a musician who teaches on the side.

I had one lesson with Derek. Very knowledgeable and great player but did not seem to have a good sense of lesson organization. Right after the lesson he left the country for a month on tour and I haven't been back.
