Looking for conga/bongo teacher in South Carolina

Postby valde002 » Tue Oct 05, 2010 11:17 pm

Am looking to get more into latin rhythms. Have the drums. Am willing to travel to learn bongo and conga, other instruments as needed.

Interests: rumba, afrocuban rhythms, salsa, etc.

Any leads are awesome! :o

Hello Valde002 here is a link for drummers in South Carolina...go thru it and try and make contact with some drummers that might lead you to a real drum mentor...also dont be put out by 'marching percussion' if you can get into that as well, it will only HELP your playing skills and counting and timing...and more ...Johnny Conga
