Joy and peace to all forummers and their fams.

BUT...lets' not forget that for a lot of Americans this was one of the shittiest years ever! Reasons for them to celebrate? Health, if they have it. And the fact that things could always be worse. Rest assured government will always figure out a way to make it so. In the meantime, think for a moment about the fine men and women whose lives are at risk every day in Afghanistan. Say a prayer in your own way for those that made the ultimate sacrifice for whatever political ends our leaders have deemed as justification to waste young human life. Are we winning? Will we ever? Why are we there? There is no answer you can live with.

I have had a lot of disagreements with some people hear at Congaplace. I want you all to know that we are still a brotherhood of drummers and I love being a part of it. I am also glad we can agree to disagree on things and we have very different views on things. That is what makes us all great. Congaplace is still a great place.

To Everyone, Have a wonderful holiday season. I hope you and your Families are all blessed with good health, happiness and good fortune in the coming years.
