What a brilliant decision to lead off with Cold Duck Time! Then to follow with Tito, Lee Morgan, Wayne Shorter etc, OMG!
My approach when it comes to a Latin Jazz project is to calculate the ability of the cd to break well into the anglo jazz programming. "Oye!" does that and much more! I love EVERY tune! The two Rumbas are off the hook. Chablue is beautiful. Your version of "All for You" is so gorgeous I don't know what to say!

Your cd is too good not to fully promote it to radio (and print). I absolutely want to work this!

Looks good JC. Is Julio Jauregui any relation to Mario Jauregui of Conjunto Folklorico Nacional de Cuba, Rumberos de Cuba, etc? Also, a couple of typos in the last 2 paragraphs of the liner notes, fix the spelling of Santamaria and Jauregui while you sill have the chance.

Nice arrangements and the musicianship is swinging and in the
