TOCA bongos - Head size difference...sound different?

TOCA proffesional bongos come in sizes 7 & 8 1/2
LP is 7 1/4 and 8 5/8 (or 9)

Does that mean that the TOCA's will have a slightly higher pitch? Or do they sound the same?

And by the way, how do the two compare?
